The guest room was fairly quiet with a hot bath. Had all necessary amenities, a hair dryer, an iron, and a kettle.

The staff was chatty.

Incredible, magnificent location in Newcastle upon Tyne, really close to the city centre, nearby attractions outside Newcastle by car and the bars below.

Beds were very hard.

That hotel was in a marvellous and unbeatable location, very close to a bus stop. The king room we stayed in was new-fashioned with en-suite bathroom and shower plus a hot bath.

Fairly quiet and absolutely fantastic units with the bar, the bathroom, as example, pleasant employees. A huge variety of options, reasonably priced food.

Glad I took guest room, it was cheap and new-fashioned. The staff are super friendly and pleasant and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The location was handy and easy - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Everybody was genuinely helpful and the room was nicely equipped.
